Cross-device sync

Your workspaces, on every Chrome

Sign into the same browser account on a second Chrome or Edge, enable sync, and your workspaces are already there. Routes through the browser's built-in sync — the same channel as your bookmarks. SuperchargeBrowser has no servers and no access to your data.

  • Opt-in & private. Nothing leaves the device until you complete the setup prompt in the side panel.

Frequently asked questions

How does cross-device sync work — and what does it send?
Sync routes through Chrome's built-in sync, the same infrastructure that handles your bookmarks. Sign into Chrome with the same Google account on your other devices and your workspaces appear there. SuperchargeBrowser has no servers and no access to your data. Sync is opt-in: nothing leaves the device until you complete the setup prompt in the side panel. What syncs: workspace names, tab URLs and titles, group names. What does not sync: locked tab state, snapshots, settings, or anything outside workspaces.
Can I keep Chrome's default new tab page?
Yes — that's the default. New installs send new tabs to Google, or any address you pick, until you turn the dashboard on in Options > New tab page, and the same master switch turns it back off. You can also keep the page on but disable individual rows (clock, workspaces, pinned tabs, top sites, search, particles) from Settings > Features. Top sites and pinned-tab tiles each have a per-site hide control on hover.
Does each Chrome window keep its own workspace?
Yes — that's multi-window mode. The side panel reflects whichever window is currently active, so switching from a work window to a personal window also switches your tab list and groups. Window-to-workspace pairings survive browser restarts and extension reloads.
Is SuperchargeNavigation free?

Does it replace Chrome's tab bar?
