# SuperchargeNavigation 1.4.1 — Your Keys Stay in Nav

> 1.4.1 is a small fix release on top of the 1.4.0 redesign. The main gain: the keys you type in the command bar or press on the sidebar now stay in Nav instead of reaching the page. There are no new permissions.

- Extension: navigation
- Version: 1.4.1
- Released: 2026-10-06

## Highlights

- Typing in the command bar no longer triggers the page's shortcuts.
- Keys you press on the sidebar no longer reach the page.
- A local tab no longer makes the page ask for permission.

## Fixes & Other Changes

- Typing in the Alt+K command bar no longer triggers the shortcuts of the page you are on. On YouTube, typing f in the command bar used to send the video fullscreen.
- Keys you press while the in-page sidebar has focus no longer reach the page. When a button, tab row, menu or the resize handle was focused on YouTube, f and Space used to fullscreen or pause the video.
- Keys pressed on the buttons of the Glance link preview no longer reach the page's shortcuts either.
- Opening the Alt+K command bar while a tab from your own computer or home network is open (a local dev server, a router or a NAS) no longer makes the page ask permission to access other apps and services on this device. Those local tabs now show a plain icon in the command bar instead of their own, the way the sidebar already did.
- No new permissions.
