# SuperchargeCapture 1.2.1 — Screenshots That Get the Whole Thing

> 1.2.1 is a small fix release for screenshots on top of the 1.2.0 redesign. Full-page shots now work on web apps with a fixed sidebar or header, and "Pick a part" and "Drag an area" save what you chose. There are no new permissions.

- Extension: capture
- Version: 1.2.1
- Released: 2026-10-06

## Highlights

- Full-page shots capture the whole page on web apps that scroll inside a panel.
- "Pick a part" picks the part under your pointer on sites built from web components.
- Drag an area saves exactly what you selected, on the tab you selected it in.

## Fixes & Other Changes

- Full-page screenshots now capture the whole page on sites that scroll inside a panel, like web apps with a fixed sidebar or header. Before, you only got the part you could see on screen. On these sites the image shows the scrolling panel from top to bottom, without the sidebar or header repeated down the page.
- "Pick a part" now picks the part under your pointer on sites built from web components, instead of the whole component around it.
- In "Pick a part", the highlight now follows the page when you scroll.
- In "Drag an area", the saved image no longer shifts if the page scrolls right after you let go.
- "Drag an area" now works on pages that put a filter on the whole page, such as dark mode filters. It also shows above a pop-up dialog that is open on the page.
- A part that sits partly off screen is cut cleanly at the edge of the window, instead of saving blank margins around it.
- A selection always captures the tab you made it in, even with several tabs open. If you switch to another tab before the shot is taken, Capture stops with a message instead of saving the wrong tab.
- No new permissions.
